I received a link from UA but it is not working...

It appears the link my have been shared incorrectly. If you received a link with instructions in a SWAY from UA and the link does not seem to work please try this: 

Redeem a Token From UA

If you still cannot a access the link and do not have a printed copy here are the basic instructions you need to get started: 

 

Open a browser and navigate to ua.cadlearning.com.

Click Login:

Enter your email address and click Next:

Click “Forgot Your Password?”:

Enter your email address if it does not already appear. Click Reset:

You will receive an email with your reset link. Click the Reset Your Password link:

*Be sure to check your junk or spam folders for the email.*

Enter your Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password. Click Reset Password:

*Password must include at least: one capitalized letter, one number, and one symbol.*

Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right corner:

Select Redeem Token from the menu
