I'm getting a "Network Error" when viewing any video.

If you are receiving this kind of error when viewing a video:



Try the following: 

Make sure your browser is up-to date. IE 11 or the most recent versions of Edge, Chrome, or Firefox are supported. 

Be sure you have installed the most recent Windows updates. 

Turn ON the Shockwave Flash Object add-on within your Manage Add-on browser menu. 

Disable any script or ad blocker software (alternatively white list our site and keep it running).
